Everybody assumed this was called "eve" actually the wod wasn't, it stood for evening-we'd run Gnasher over from the wednesday to work on the snatch practice. I'd done this in a globo during the day-with dumbbells for the thrusters-not pleasant-but in a mickey mouse gym what would you expect?
