As they say it's always the quiet ones you have to watch, Paul has been training hard-and it shows-here he is pushing up from a jumping muscle up-I should point out that he has his muscle up already-but sometimes these things can be tricky. Full marks to Paul-he never complains, is always focused and committed-and is a nice guy to have around.
