Something to do after the Easter Eggs!

Fgb principle-5mins work and 1 minute rest x3

Press ups

Sit ups

Kettlebell swings

Good mornings

Box jumps

Well done to Leon this morning-he's not encountered the fight gone bad timing system before-good effort!

Did my first FGB last week and it was a killer. I like the look of this one; my gym is closed through to Wednesday for some reason so I have little access to equipment. I can do this one tomorrow instead of the WOD from the main crossfit site.

Welcome back BTW, the trip sounds like it was a blast.
