Last nights WOD was
50 Kettlebell swings
50 Sumo deadlift hi pulls
50 Press ups
50 Sit ups
50 Lunges
50 Ring pulls
50 Box jumps
50 Burpees
This was a particularly hard filthy-the combination of burpees and box jumps was very daunting-Burpees never being a favourite anyway!
