So it would seem that Thursdays are turning into a kind of tech analysis/wod/fry up/type thing
I'd looked at form on certain movements from my guys and looked at what could use a little work.
This mainly from our WOD on monday and the push presses involved, trying to ensure ribe cages are down, making the movement more effective and more stable.
The movements were push press (duh) pressups, sit ups and overhead squats-in a tabata stylee.
