Death by

We used the "death by" principle yesterday, the WOD is simple, first minute you do one movement, whether snatches (for Christine), pullups (in the later class) or as seen here clean and jerk, second minute two, third minute three. This goes on until you are unable to perform the number of reps required in the minute. Top score was Emma D (although thats not her in the phot-thats Emily) who got ten clean and jerk in a minute-Good work-next time 11!
