So...I was wandering randomly through other Crossfit sites, and was looking at Crossfit Brand X (Jeff Martin's box) and saw a video of him dooing a power clean, descending, ascending, rep WOD-inspired by this we came up with:
10 power cleans
2 pullups
sprint 17om
8 power cleans
4 pullups
sprint 170m
etc
working our way down to 2 cleans, 10 pullups and a sprint.
