Same WOD yet increased difficulty, the ring jumps are now negative dips, jumping into the top position of the dip (arms extended) and then lowering into the base position in a controlled fashion.
The pullups are now banded, swapping the jump for a band and allocating the band according to ability.
so the WOD was
5 negative dips
5 banded pullups
10 swing catches
AMRAP for 20 minutes
