Darlene part 1

Tonight we did three different versions of the same workout, each scaled to ability of those participating.
Version 1
5 Jumping pullups
5 Ring jumps
10 Swing catches
AMRAP in 20 minutes.

Saw some great scores on this-which makes me think that some people are ready for the less scaled version.
