Paul

As they say it's always the quiet ones you have to watch, Paul has been training hard-and it shows-here he is pushing up from a jumping muscle up-I should point out that he has his muscle up already-but sometimes these things can be tricky. Full marks to Paul-he never complains, is always focused and committed-and is a nice guy to have around.

Thursday

Everybody assumed this was called "eve" actually the wod wasn't, it stood for evening-we'd run Gnasher over from the wednesday to work on the snatch practice. I'd done this in a globo during the day-with dumbbells for the thrusters-not pleasant-but in a mickey mouse gym what would you expect?

Gnasher

Row 300m
5 kettlebell snatches-per side-
15 pressups
20 swings

This was fun actually and was pretty well received-nice to do some snatch work too. Although Chrissie did have a near clown experience.

Chief

Yep-we've got Beanies-did I mention the Beanies?
Anyhoo-
The Chief
3 power cleans
6 pressups
9 squats
as many as poss in three minutes-1 minute rest-5 rounds

Graham said he often judges the workout by the look of those who've done it before he arrived-there were a few slightly flushed faces around.

Christine

So last night a random wanders into our little gym asking about the work we do-and had a load of printouts from this blog-and I thought-"Somebody else has seen the blog-what must they think of the photos of you guys?"-so I put in another gem. Thank you Tracy.

Had a benchmark too-Christine-a not very nice wod-great work yesterday with this and good to see a few as RX'D too-well done.
